CUIROMA GROUP SARL, the company operating the site Tapiroma.com, ships its handcrafted creations worldwide using international shipping solutions tailored to each order.

When confirming your order, you can choose between economy delivery and express delivery, depending on your desired timeframe.

Carpet Delivery Options

UPS / Chronopost International – Economy Delivery

Delivery: 9 to 16 business days after dispatch

From €19.00 VAT included — maximum €25.00 VAT included

The exact rate depends on the product, its weight, and the destination.

This option is intended for customers who want to benefit from an economical shipping rate while maintaining a service with tracking.

FedEx International Priority®

Delivery: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch

€39.00 VAT included

This option is intended for customers who want to receive their order faster through an international express delivery service with tracking and door-to-door delivery.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free for any order amounting to €700.00 VAT included or more.

For orders eligible for free delivery, the applicable shipping method may be determined according to the destination, weight, and characteristics of the order.

Production and Processing Times

At Tapiroma, each carpet is handcrafted in Morocco, after receiving your order, by our network of specialized artisan partners located in various regions of the country, notably in the mountainous areas of the Atlas.

Each piece is made using traditional artisanal techniques specific to different regions of Morocco.

Our carpets are not stock or industrial products. Each piece is made by specialized artisans following traditional Moroccan methods.

The typical production and processing time is 21 to 30 business days in most cases.

This timeframe may exceptionally be extended during certain periods of the year, notably:

• Eid Al Adha;

• Eid Al Fitr;

• traditional artisan holiday periods;

• periods of high demand.

The indicated delivery times start from the shipment date, not from the order date.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email.

You can then follow the progress of your package until delivery.

Depending on the selected shipping method, tracking is provided by UPS / Chronopost International or FedEx International Priority®.

Changing the Delivery Address

You may request a change of your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Once the package is handed over to the carrier and the tracking number is generated, any address change may no longer be possible.

Managing Delivery Delays

The indicated delivery times correspond to estimated times after shipment.

Exceptional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, periods of high activity, or disruptions in the transport network.

If your package exceeds the estimated delivery time, we invite you to contact us directly so our team can check its status with the carrier and assist you in tracking your order.
